look jobs need people who think so learn programming from here and read a book about algorithms and data structures then use websites like code chef and solve their problems you should find that in a month you will have enough to land a job (if you work hard) however learning a lot of languages simply isn't enough since many jobs want to see how you approach a problem (watch videos about interviews to understand more)
