Which is the best programming language?

Every programming language have some extra features as well as some draw backs, So which language will stand first in the race?

From my opinion there are many best programming languages from different platforms : such as
1. App development : Kotlin -- Android
2. Web development : HTML -- CSS
3. Back end : PHP
4. Server Side : SQL

This all are my favourite languages ...

If you are fresh try with HTML, CSS and JavaScript in sequence. If you have little experience of programming choose what you want --
1. Mobile Developing (Java -> Android)
2. Web Developing (Then choose scale of your development)
2.1. Small Scale (PhP -> Laravel or Codeignitor framework)
2.2. Large Scale (C# -> Core or .NET framework)

But remember one thing, if you do then you understand so keep practicing. Thanks - Salman
