Web development IDE

I'm looking for a good web development IDE and there are so many of them. I'm just a beginner so what will be a good free IDE to start with? I know it's also personal preference but for now I really don't know what is a good one.

Phpstorm includes all features of WebStorm, and obviously includes PHP. JetBrains gives free licenses to students, so check it out.https://www.jetbrains.com/student/
