You could find images online. You could make one through free programs, such as Gimp and Paint.net, or paid ones, like Photoshop. I don’t know if SoloLearn is the best place for digital art questions (google is you friend.)

If you want to know how to add an image
use html code <a href="...image.jpg>image</a>

To make that image, use other software then you upload them into flikr or something.
