JavaScript Mouseover

Question

Create an HTML page with 3 country’s flags. When the user moves the
mouse over one of the flags, the Mouseover event calls a function to
display the name of the country in the text box.

Yes, I can. Just have to take a input(function parameters) and set some conditions. Its easy to understand this way so didn't bother.
