I have a problem with launching php live preview in Brackets. it asks for a base url. what do I do?

brackets is good for html and css (styling) but for php I recommend you sublime text or phpstorm or rapidphp or atom

After using bracket for quiet some time, today i unistalled it....
I suggest you to forget about bracket and move on to notepad ++ or atom /* both free */
