Making a mobile free of switching off with a power button.

Fellow SoloLearners i just had a thought that why cant we make a mobile free from getting switched off with a power button that is situated externally. This thought may also be a game changer. We can get the stolen mobiles tracked down easily.

it can work (only when fingerprint match to switch off mobile)
