Why the other People laught when I tell them "I will be a programmer"? Does only special People with highest iq can doo it?

I honestly don’t know if that’s really happening to you, or if you are making it up for some reason, but the biggest reason I can think of that people might laugh is that being “a programmer” is a very broad term. There are thousands of different jobs and non-employment tasks that would make you a programmer. If you write one Python statement and it runs, you are technically a programmer. What they might think is that you are imagining you will acquire the magic ring of programmer, and be able to make a computer do anything you wish, which you won’t. No-one can do that with their own power, except God. Another reason is that programming jobs tend to be hard to get as I can tell, since the market is oversaturated with kids who want easy street “push buttons all day” jobs, and you have to prove you’re good enough to hire instead of masses of those.
