Trying to build a android app in kotlin

Question

So, I'm trying to make a android app in kotlin. Its just a simple google form survey like app. (Well I am a rookie in kotlin) I can hardcode the questions and answers field but I want the user to add the questions. That means there will be add button from where user can add the question filed and the type of answer like yes-no type or number or time or text etc. just like a making a new google form.
Can you suggest me some resources & readings and help me with this.
