How do you store so much information

Question

Im struggling to remember which bits of code match up to their language such as differences between the way their laid out struggling to think of way i can remember it all i thought of posters around me or post it notes around my screen what do you do to remember so much information.

Hopefully someone will be able to help with technique on balancing the learning load.

Any hints or tips would be great.

Dont move on till you understand a concept and have practiced it in the code playground. really using it helps to cement the knowledge in your head.
