You have not finished your C++ course. SL is not a "give me t3h codez" resource.

Try yourself and people will help guide you. Besides this being a time-consuming project, you cannot expect spoonfeeding.

Well you need to explain the precise details (what you want) without saying "like xyz" because not everyone uses "xyz".
Be clear as to why the IDE matters (it doesn't, but I'm curious why ya think it does).
Finally, explain what you've tried already. If don't have a clue where to begin, ask where to start. The important thing is following the structure of a Q&A.
