Pao i'd say its reliable consdering i was using a free account.. its agood resource when ure learning and not looking to send alot in that... u get about 99% up-time which means ur site is down for sometime(1hr in a day) ...

uuhm .. shahrukh how about that idea i was telling you about .. The Crowdfunding platform for our school where we could fund our own small projects, like a students 4 students thing then we can improve on features slowly ..

how about we start with that!? ..it seems viable
or we can even extend it to anyone who would like to join instead of just USIU students
