Actually if u made any syntax error.Then it throws error at the time of compilation. But if u make any mistake in coding & u run, at that time JVM cann't corelate & throws runtime error.

when there is no space in the ram..this is 1 run time error..to overcome this you need to turn off and on your system...so that the temp stored data will lost and ram gets free
