What should I learn?

what should I learn if I wish to be a web developer?
basically I completed an HTML & CSS course. and completed the html fundamental course in sololearn app. what should I Learn next?
php? JavaScript? or anything else?

I would suggest Javascript for sure than you could learn Python,Ruby or PHP and after that Node.js or/and SQL
