Does anyone have any good ideas on making a D&D game?

So I just joined this community only knowing some bare minimum python and now I've learned a pretty good amount of HTML and I'm working on CSS and I am just wondering how I could make a successful D&D game where you can create a character and then it reads the story to you as you push a button to choose what you want to do. It is obviously going to look much better when I add some Javascript but for now I'm just trying to figure out a good way to get that working. Thank you!

Alvarios, are you wanting the character to be a visual character or just a character in terms of name, etc.?

@CovenantFx I want it to feel like Advanced D&D where you can use basic HTML to push the button on race, class etc and when your done it's on written out for you without a graphic
Although somewhere down the road when I get good at Javascript I want to have a graphic
