Create file and put contents in file [php]

in this Note i want to
learn you how to create a file and write content to file in php .

$Mobin = fopen('mobin.html ' , 'w+');
$Askary = "The best scripter and developer"
fwrite($Mobin , $Askary);
fclose($Mobin);
?>
i was create the file and put contents to file.

fopen: for create , read , write ... in file
fwrite: for write the contents to file
fclose: for close the file
