Well I have gave this question a lot of thought if you think that PHP is outdated explain why with an example to back it up

This to clear the doubt that other developer faces not knowing to code in php because many developers say so , well let's find out

No, I'm currently working as a part time developer, using PHP/MYSQL a lot. Together with a bit of HTML and CSS of course. Also some parts with Javascript. Main part is PHP though.
I wouldn't say it's outdated. Maybe it will be replaced by other languages in the long run, but there is so much written in PHP and to be maintained, that - in my opinion, it is always worth to know at least the basics of PHP
