A really extensive source is the 11-week online course by Andrew Ng on coursera. Covers most of the machine learning algorithms and focuses on their applications with just the necessary level of advanced mathematics behind those. If you need some Python knowledge, I can recommend a course I attented, Python for Everybody, also on coursera. reading a book about that topic is the best way. there are no sources on the internet that reach the quality of a book. just buy yourself some book about the topic neural nets. its not hard to understand and you will gain much knowledge with that.

I'm also trying to achieve this. My plan is first learn python from core then tensorflow framework and then algorithms. I don't know any specific channel but here search for codebullet
