Which is good language to learn after Html, Javascript, Css, sql and php for websites development

Once you've learned all of those, I would learn spend some time learning jQuery, Angular, React and NodeJS. Maybe even Bootstrap. Ultimately, it depends what your goals are in the short/long term. Focus on what will best compliment what you're wanting to do in the future.

Consider looking into toolkits such as Bootstrap or extensions such as JQuery(These are just examples, do your own research and determine what suits you) to increase your developing speed. The languages you've mentioned are sufficient enough to create most websites; Maybe the next step is to better the process?
