How to run/install a Java software on Windows?

Hi eversbody, As a beginner, who recently learns how to do some GUI, it interests me to know, what do I need to do, if I am done with a Java-Program and want to install it on Windows, so that I can autorun the Software while startng windows, or dock it on top desktop for example a etc. . ( could one u tell me, what name does this kind of action has at all?)

https://java.com/en/download/ ^Make sure you have the JRE installed on your machine. It's the runtime environment.

I can make an output of my Java Program and run it easily ( but like a portable software). what I mean is, as an example, you can install a media player on your computer, on programs on drive c . what if I want to do the same action. my program has not an exe file.
