Python is a pretty good first language.
Tips: -Stick to one language in the beginning and just Play around with it for a while
-learn a language like c++, Java or C# at some Point, it will make all other languages easier to learn
-after your first programming language it will get pretty easy to learn more languages

By what you said in your post you want to learn programming. For this, I cannot specify a âbest languageâ each has its own great qualities. I can, however, specify some good languages for what you want to do. Android, web, video games, software, anything like that. Then I can help out a lot more.

Hayle Morgan thanks for the info. That will help a lot. So, if youâre thinking about web development, youâll need to know HTML. Luckily this is the easiest course on all of sololearn. So this is a great place to start. Then you can move on to CSS for styling your web pages, and JavaScript for functionality. For apps, learn java for android, or Swift for IOS. I hope this is helpful!
