Daniel Jan Markus is right, python is a great start. I could give a much better recommendation if I knew what you wanted to do though. Software, web, video games, apps, android, IOS... What is the final goal?

Start with c++ if you want to lay a good strong foundation. Thank me later

What do you want to make? A website? HTML, CSS and JS. A game? C++, JS, or Ruby. It's heavily dependent on what YOU want to make.
