If you want just to convert you web page/app to the Android app, you should use cordova in stack of Phonegap, XDK or some other framework for web-cross-platform development.
Make your web app, get Phonegap account, prepare all icons and other stuff, get google/apple dev account, get certificates, load your app to Phonegap builder and then publish to store.
As a result you will get web view with your wep app on the phone.
