C section on web

Hi, I know that C tutorial (not like full course of JS, HTML, C#...) is available in SoloLearn app, but this app is only in online version with challenges, duels.. bla bla. Why SoloLearn C tutorial and useful things (Git, algorithms,..) doesn't exist in browser SoloLearn version on pc?
