Best Approach to learning coding

Question

So, I know the absolute basics in a variety of languages, namely C++, Python 3, JS. I don't know what the progression system is like. What should I do after I learn the basics, should I make programs or learn something else. Even though I know these languages, I don't know where to start in terms of making programs.
