When an interviewer ask you this question what is he expecting from you? What is your experience level with XYZ?

He just wants to know your past experience/position on the subject matter.

X => Entry level
Y => Management level
Z => CEO/President level

Note that if you say "None", it doesn't mean that you're not qualified for the job but it means that you have not been employed before on the subject matter.
