Anyone taking the Coursera course, "Programming for Everybody"?

Maybe we could help each other understand something we are having difficulty with. I have just started and you probably know more than I but I am sure two heads are better than one. Also I just created an account for "Cloud 9" which lets people collaborate in various programming languages including Python, realtime wih a chat feature also. And the best part- It is 100% Free! I would like to use it with someone as it may help me learn Python better. If you are a beginner like me, I want to work with you.

I read the book that class is based on on my own and am now taking the Applied Data Science with Python course on there. I'm pretty excited to get my fingers dirty in some SciPy packages!!

Thanks Jenn. Did you take a basic Python course long ago? Where did you start learning the basics at? Edx or Coursera or a college class somewhere?

That's great that you are self-taught learning the basics. It takes daily work to learn this stuff.I hope to get to where you're at someday. Thanks again for your reply. Mike
