WebApp Startup ideas

Question

I've learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, and gained some experience working on them.

I want to create something good, but the problem is, I don't have any idea what to build...

How do you guys come up with an idea.

> CRUD(Create Read Update Delete) system
> To-do app
> image management
> simple CMS (content management system)

I've read about few people saying it's possible to make an OS with Web technology.. I've ni idea how that simple OS functions..
