What language should I start to learn now as I am not very strong in any language.

It depends on what you're programming for.. Is it a web development course or an app developer. But then you need to know some basics too before you can be good in either of them or both. JavaScript is cool but then there is Java. You also got cool languages like Python, PHP, Jquery amongst many more.. I'd say you go with what your mind can comprehend.

I'd say python / java if you want a friendly learning language, or C++ if you want a bit harder learning experience but a better understanding of how a computer works and know a lot more about what you are doing.
