CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, PHP, NodeJS, React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc... ^I'd recommend those, in that order. By the time you're done, you'll be pretty good at it and have a good idea of what directions to take further. You'll end up investigating and playing around with more libraries/frameworks I'm sure. Also, there is much more to design than simply knowing the web technologies to create the pages. I'd take some time to research some website design documentation or tutorials. This will help you out in regards to the placement of elements, typography, coloration, etc.. All of those things are insanely important when you're marketing anything out to other people. You can have the most functional website in the world, but if the HCI/UX is bad, then your amazing functional website will mean nothing.
