I see you have a strong fundamental of web development, so I'd recommend you jQuery. But since you have taken the python course, you'll probably want to learn jQuery later. Just don't learn too fast.

i recommend you learn Phython if you want to create softwares or go out of your choices and pick java. Java is a great coding language known for "run here, run everywhere" meaning it can be ran anywhere(Window, Mac, Linux)
