Is there a major difference between Java and C#?

Question

I took around 80% of the C# course, and when I started the Java course I noticed it was almost the same. I tried to find answers for this question on other posts, but they only said which is better (at least from what I searched up). I want to know if there are major differences and what they are so I know which one to focus on. Plz help.
