CppDroid from where it loads the files?

I made a program that works good in Code::Blocks because I made DATE.IN file myself in the projects folder. I made a file for CppDroid in /CppProjects/project_may29a/DATE.IN It doesn't seem to see it there. Does CppDroid load from somewhere else?

It might be in bin folder
