How can I build an android app using Python 3 with libraries like TKinter and PyAudio.

I‘m not aware of any way to use python to develop android apps, and if there is one its probably not very good since no one is using it

there is no reason to learn python if the only thing you care about is developing android apps that don‘t need backend code on a server. in that case you should just learn java

No. I am trying to create a cross-platform app, and ofcause mobile version is very important one too.

for cross platform you could try something like xamarin, but it used c# and not python

Martin Taylor and what you fail to mention is that it‘s more about speeding developement up. everybody knows that these things are only wrappers but it doesn’t really matter because it saves developement cost and maintenace cost.
