Which one is easier?

I want to learn Javascript and HTML but which one is easier to learn?

HTML is easier and I recommend you learn that one before javascript. Not only because it is easier but you will need to create an HTML page so you can have a place to run your javascript code. They go hand in hand.

Html basics are easy but if you decide to dig deep into SVG ,APIs it is a little bit complex (but it is just a skeleton) you need CSS for styling (act as meat and shape) All this is nothing without JS (Central nervous system that controls body's functions)
