No! just because it isn't equal to 0 but 0^0=1 and not =0

as 0 is considered as as single digit number no matter how many zeros u append to it. It's always 0 only so 0 might be armstrong number. but 000's armstrong will also be zero only. and even 0000 or 00000..... No matter how many u add it will be treated as single digit. so yes 0 is armstrong no.
