NSOpenPanel Crash (Swift 4.1, Xcode 10, MacOS Mojave)

Hello, For any Apple developers here, has anyone noticed a crash in NSOpenPanel? Because when I try to use this my computer just crashes and I have to force shut it down. If this is just me doing something wrong can you please help me? Thank you, Gleb Koval

Indeed unlucky. I actually was trying to download Mojave as well yesterday. Maybe the patches will get rid of it.

Ok, good, at least I am not the only one. Send feedback to Apple as well so they definitely hear about this.

Ok so I think there is malware in the wild that is causing this. Look in your console files and if you have a nsurlsession file trying to connect to tcp it may be the same thing I have. i have taken it to 2 stores in Miami and no one knows how to get rid of it. It lands in the efi of a computer and makes a bunch of plug ins for the mac that spy on you. I have been fighting it for a month. The guy yesterday didn’t believe me until he wiped and reinstalled the whole system and then I had almost 20,000 console errors in less than 5 minutes. kernel exceptions, volatile files. you should see my logs...they are nuts.

Hi @Muse, I don't think that is why. After all I am running a very new beta OS and there would be bugs, my question was just to make sure it is a bug and I am not doing anything wrong. Unlucky about the malware you found.

@Muse I thing that's a good thing to try. After all it is a lot more secure (according to Apple) and even if they didn't mention such a feature there still might be one
