First step to getting good, change your username so it isn't your email address. You don't want unauthorized people knowing your personal email, and you don't want bots mining your email address for their purposes. Next step, pick something you have an interest in first. Web development? Application development? Game development? etc... Once you've decided, you'll want to begin with languages that compliment what you're wanting to do. Once you've decided on your area of focus, I'd use the following method to assist with effectively learning the language. Method that I use: Read through the entire language, even if you don't fully understand it yet. Then practice what you can remember. Read through the entire language again, this time write down notes of anything you still don't understand fully. Then use your notes to go research all of the concepts you wrote down, and then practice them to solidify your learning of them. Keep repeating this process over and over until you don't have to write down any notes.

As long as you can launch programs in your computer you are not as bad as you think. Trying to jump into programming might be a stiff learning curve. You don't want to feel frustrated and disheartened that first. I recommend you start practicing with shells. If you're using windows OS interest yourself with how to open programs in command prompts. Navigating to different directories, launching programs from cmd, etc. There's more you can do with commands prompts that you will grasp some understanding in programming. Do not worry much how to get started because you can always Google what you want to do. If you have good internet connection you can search for you tube tutorials on anything concerning cmd and any programming languages.
