Why sololearn can't give certificate for certain language such as kotlin,c etc

Because those languages that you mentioned are not part of the original courses that Sololearn offered.
Kotlin, C, AngularJs lessons , etc are user submitted lessons approved by Sololearn.

Maybe because these languages have lessons provided by fellow users, and there were no practice questions to answer afterwards.

The certifications, while a progress indicator are not certified certificates. They are not officially recognized unlike a CompTIA certification, so just be aware of that.
Its very similar on the same grounds of receiving a certificate after finishing a typing exercise game. It's for show, but can't be used as a real certification.

Mcqueen he isn't trolling. it's a legitimate opinion that he holds. i mean there's a huge gulf between "[not] really help[ing] anyway" and "as valuable as anything in todays market", but i would agree with phantom more. these certs aren't very hard to achieve at all. in an interview I had, where I mentioned them, the interviewer replied "cool, in that same vein, I am most like screech according to this online quiz" (equating sl certs to clickbait "who are you most like" quizzes). He later said that I didn't get the job partly because I thought a sololearn cert was worth mentioning, which "exposed how little understanding I had about the industry." IT LITERALLY PREVENTED ME FROM GETTING A JOB (in part. There was also a reallyreally great candidate for the same job with lots of experience)
I will say this: if you think a sololearn cert is "as valuable" as a bachelor's degree, then you are wrong. which, of course, is your prerogative. cheers.
