Learning a new language is easy but how to implemented it in real life?

As i am learning new everyday but its not that much easy to make it happen in real world.. and do something productive.. so anyone please help me and tell me how to get good project based on my skill which is best plateform for it.

Just find something that's a problem and then create a solution for it. That's the best means to practice and do something productive in "real life." Most creations are solutions to problems. So in the meantime, give yourself mock problems to solve. Create a chat application with your C++ skills and create a website that advertises your C++ application to work on your HTML skills. Simple projects that'll teach you a lot more.
