App build in html css and javascript? Please, comment

hi, what do you think about app build on html css javascript languages? The app would be used by phone and pc wen browser as well. is these 3 languages are enough to build it?
i would like to build app with details like: information content (pure text, dates,facts), count numbers( multiplication- count x per x - provide right answer)
