How to edit submitted questions in quizfactory sololearn if any mistake?

Question

I have submitted a question having the answer is case sensitive i.e. A or a is different for that answer. if answer is A then it also returned true for a. now I want to change that question but here I found no options after submission.

well you can't edit the submitted quizzes and lesson
if your quiz is case sensitive in most case it declined by the sl team
you can submit right quiz again in quiz factory
