The best resource to begin with Android Development is the official guide by Google. You can find it here:

After that I would suggest checking out some Udemy Courses or the Udacity Nanodegree for Android Development. It was designed in partnership with Google Android core developers and is a fantastic way to learn the ins and outs of Android.
