Quiz Factory Confusion

Question

Is the quiz factory just a submission form for challenges? I see old Q&A's referencing it but all I can find are the default tutorials and the ability to submit quizzes or review submissions... I wouldn't trust any quizzes I rate for accuracy at this point, just check my win/loss ratio in HTML.

yes its for submitting challenges and reviewing the submissions of others. what is your question?

That essentially answers it. I just expected it to be a place to go for more quizzes on the subject matter.
