Welcome to sololearn!!
If you want to learn a programming language then you can choose any of those because every course of sololearn of any language start with the basic. So you will not have problem to learn.

Personally I suggest you to learn HTML cuz it's much interesting language with GUI and you will learn to develop web pages.

I would personaly start with python because its one of the more logial languages to start with and has lots of applications
