Aside from Sololearn, there are other apps that gives free web development courses.
There are also a lot of YouTube tutorials for that. I suggest EJ Media.
Then your best reference should be MDN.

Google it. There are so many free resources. If you struggle start with bootstrap and put some pages together. Then host it on a server.
