If you just change the name of the function in the thread functions to be capitalized (Numbers in both of them should be) and change the second t1 variable to t2, it should work.

kamesh shekhar prasad It actually seems that the sleep functions are working just as they're supposed to. When running your code, the output of both functions will start to merge towards the end, which is a result of them pausing for the given amount of time. By taking away the sleep functions, they just end up running separately like the first time running through them.
