this is my subjective opinion based on what I've tried, rather than objective BEST, but my favorites are pycharm for pc and qpython for android. although, I suppose I use sololearn code playground more on android, just because I love showing people code and interacting

Pycharm is the best IDE and Text Editor But Sublime Text, Atom And Komodo Edit Are Also Really Good Text-Editors!!!!....

I also use PyCharm regularly, Spyder/Anaconda occasionally - for snippet testing (you can easily run only parts of code there, if you want).

I use Spyder and Rodeo (Rodeo is better for data analysis).
For presentation and publication I use Jupyter notebook, where I'm used to combine Python and LaTeX...
Except Rodeo is all in package "Anaconda" from Continuum Analytics, and there is much more... :)

eclipse with PYDEV installed plugin is the best! you will have autocomplete feature syntax checking, debugging and running feature and much more. download eclipse and install PYDEV plugin through eclipse market. it's all free

If u already have eclipse IDE u can install pydev tools for eclipse which comes with intellisense, autocompletions and a whole lot things. Its worth a try
