Whats the different between web application, website and a normal application

I have been seeing the term web application online but don't seem to get the difference or similarities with the above started

web app is an app that created by html/css/javascript

website is an web that created by html/css/javascript

normal app is created by other language such as c# or c++

wow thanks I get it clearly now, I know c++ , how can I use it to make Andriod app and also java, but its only desktop app I can make with them.
