How can this code be changed to run on Sololearn compiler?

Question

This code runs well on PC and opens the application you enter the name of for example it opens notepad when you enter "notepad"
But it doesn't work on SL compiler.
What changes should be made so that it works here as well?

Because Sololearn doesn't exactly have the permission to access the command prompt, I don't think it would be possible to get it fully working directly from the code playground.
